The ladies at the front desk have amazing customer service skills and go out of their way to help if they need updated orders or additional information from providers. The imaging techs are also caring and comforting, and I felt cared for the entire time. It can be unnerving to have breast imaging performed, but everyone at this breast center makes it more bearable.

If you call 623-780-HOPE then select option 2 to schedule an appointment, I also think you can do it online but I've not yet tried that option.
Your question is phrased in such a way I cannot really tel what the matter is....but I always know my mammogram or ultrasound result when I leave because they have a doctor there who reviews them on the spot. I have not heard of this "pass code" before. They tell me before I go and they also send the result to the referring physician.
