We love the park. 2 lakes, ducks, turtles, friendly people, and a 1 mile track around the park. It has football, futbol, and baseball fields.

Great park to bring the family to walk, enjoy the playground, take pics or even enjoy a football game. Peaceful and always well kept from what I've witnessed. You're able to bring tents, coolers or even enjoy concessions during the games.

A great park except after a rain. The lake overflows and low parts of the park floor. Great picnic and play area. The walk way is well maintained. The baseball diamonds are well kept(4 of them). Nice park to walk or walk your dog.

Yes, I've never had a problem with ducks.. actually never seen any while at the pavilion. Only problem I've had is random people coming to fight for MY tables I've rented. If you rent be sure to have your rental agreement to show.
Yes the fishing ain't too back. Mostly small catfish. It's actually better at city lake park. In Mesquite just off Galloway. Have fun and don't forget your fishing license
Yes I have caught big crappie and big bluegill perch out of there this year

When my daughter and I went out there we caught and released. But I figure as long as your catch isn't against Texas law you're safe.
Very simple and conveniently easy I scheduled my date for rental put my deposit down and the pavilion was available to me. Very nice park to go to.
