Recently moved to the area and need a new monthly carwash subscription. I tried this and location out. The attendant was attentive and friendly. I used the self service bug wash station but my front and rear bumper were still dirty after going through the wash tunnel. My car was also still very wet after the drying process. An attendant pressure washing the cars before they get in and hand drying would solve this. I paid $10 for my underdog wash at this location but Jules Carwash in Tampa Bay does this and charge $20 a month for unlimited washes. Unfortunately, I will not be signing up for a subscription.

Poor customer service. I wanted to update my credit card information because it had expired. I went to the car wash in altamonte spring. I was told that I had to get a brand new membership and that they couldn't honor my original rate. I called, left a voice mail and email. Never return my messages . Go somewhere else to get your car wash.
