(1) They had only 1 teller, so I waited in line for 26 minutes before I was taken. (2) I was given incorrect instructions from a banker regarding how I should close an account which resulted in a delay of about 2 days.

Try to make an appointment online or in their app if at all possible. If you can't then at least call first.

Don't, wells Fargo has almost no atms in all of Chicago and this particular branch is awful. Got to literally any other banking institution.
