I have visited Upchurch Optical on North Roxboro Street dozens of times over the past seven years. The office manager is efficient, helpful, professional, and personable. The optometrist is unfailingly kind to all patients, and is especially considerate of young people who have differing mental or physical abilities or who are not yet fluent English speakers. Mike Upchurch and his expert team of opticians are knowledgeable, expeditious, friendly, and generous. There are not enough adjectives in the thesaurus or stars in the sky to adequately describe the superior level of service at Upchurch Optical.

Upchurch continues to be my go to for optical. Their selection of frames are top notch as is their service. My son started wearing glasses at the age of 4. Now, 14 years old we still have only had him fitted for frames at Upchurch. We are in and out within 45 minutes, usually less! I highly recommend stopping by, you won't be disappointed. Be sure to browse the shop as you wait!

They are the best of the best! Excellent customer service including a 2 year warranty. Even though they don't take my insurance, the price ends up being the same or less than the shop that does. Excellent choice in frames. Long time customer.
