Now under new ownership and rent has gone up by $150.00 or more all depending on what you were paying before. A lot of us are on fixed income and now was are caught with a difficult decision. New owners are just greedy. The minimum to move a mobile home is around between $10000 and $13000. So we are just stuck.

All mobile homes are privately owned. The lot owner does not allow any leasing of the mobile homes.
