I had the worst Experience in my life using this funeral home the service Was horrible up on Signing the contract I asked the owner if he needed a picture of my mother and he told me no he had been doing it for 40+ years so when the time came ti view my mom she looked nothing like herself she looked like a creature totally not my mother so I tried to shape her pushing down on her lips and shaping her face. My niece was helping me I was screaming no Compassion from the owner I asked him what happen why does she look like this the only thing he said was she was a sick woman (his attitude is fairly poor and arrogant) I said but she didn't look like this when she left the hospital she looked just like her and now I don't know who this is and I told him that I was very dissatisfied with the work so he carried on to go into another room to show my niece six or seven more dead bodies to try to prove his work (that was so disrespectful to the other families)-and the work didn't look close the work was done on my mother I told him I would never use his services again he said that would be fine with him... I have pictures of my mother and when I show them to people they say who is THAT.. my heart was also ready broke From losing my mother and now it's double broken because I will always remember that picture in my head of Horrible view of my momma and I know she was very dissatisfied... 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 I be using Mcduffie funeral home in the future 🙏🏿

I like to thank Frazier-Mitchell funeral service ( owner and staff )for being WONDERFUL people and so very helpful with a difficult time in my life. I lost my son and they helped me with all the arrangements. They guided me on everything and was able to take a lot of stress off of me. I looked at a few different place but I chose the right one by coming here. Thank you Mr. Mitchell for everything you did,. you went beyond to help me and I TRULY appreciate you for that..

Really wish I could put zero stars! Did a HORRIBLE job with my 8month old baby. The appearance looked absolutely nothing like my baby. It was so bad that I kept the casket closed
