I had heard and seen so many bad things about this property and still gave it a chance by accepting an assignment and assisted the property for a couple days AND NOW THEY CANT FIND MY TIMESHEET but will not do anything about it! I sign my timesheet online so they automatically receive it to the email they provide. Thank God I just went those couple days. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHO LIVES IN THAT PROPERTY, THEIR STAFF ARE NOWHERE NEAR KNOWING HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL STARTING WITH THE MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR WHO WAS CURSING ALL AROUND THE OFFICE EVEN HAVING PEOPLE THERE. THEY ALL LOOK AND ACT FISHY LIKE IF THEY KNOW THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG.

Besides it being rat and roach infested, do not rent here, unless you want to live in hell itself. I’ve been trying to get this fixed since July 30th and management refuses to even help or hear about the situation. I’ve had to stay in hotels or relatives homes because this never got fixed. This is really not fair to my 4 year old son or me.

And if they scam the tenants, I, my husband, only worked every day, we hardly ever spent time at home and the vile water was very high and every so often they change staff but the scammers always leave
💯 definitely too much rent for the conditions. I lived there a year and the roaches and mice are too much
