Be careful if your considering one of their homes, they will lie to you and show you a really nice model home just to lock you in with 5,000 dollars, NON refundable earnest money and at the end will not give you what they promise. We came in since November but had to wait this long to move into a house because Laura told us the only house available with the white cabinets/gray counter would be ready until June, Now 7 months after and literally 2 weeks before our final walk through we find out that they decided to put a black counter top that I do not like OR agreed on when we purchased the home. And when we questioned Laura about it, her only excuse was, “oh sorry, I didn’t know we where out of stock of the gray counter top so we chose top put this other color.” ( If they are not able to commit to what they say, the least thing they could of done was to inform us and offered us a different option, or what is the point of them displaying the homes?) I advise you to be really careful because they will tell you something just to sell a house but in the contract will enter different information.
