These people is crazy charging 965.00 for a one bedroom that’s not newly renovated for people on section 8 which is a ripoff Then they in tier c on the voucher which is the lowest rent market and charging that high 🤦🏽♀️

I advice no one to come to apply at these apartments. If u like living with roaches in the kitchen. My AC was out fir about 3 days, the office took their time fixing it. Before it went out it smell like mold. The office staff is unprofessional and they never answer the phones. The trash be all over the parking lot and over flowing. Their no parking for the residents to park. They is breaking into mailbox and cars. It's not safe to walk at night safe to walk at night.

Elementary is Meyer on 1 end & Carolee Booker on Imperial Valley. Directly across from Carolee is Dekaney High. I believe the middle schools would be Rickey C. Baily & or Bammel?? Not for sure on those 2 for this area though. Good luck!

Move on to something better they're not all that some has mold inside the apartment
I have no idea i live here and pay lots of rent. I don't know anything about government paid rent. Lots of drug dealers at night. I don't even go to put out trash because of danger. My neighbor a lady with 2 little boys said she reported drug dealers and no one has done anything. Suppose to be a cop living here but i haven' tever
