I've been here for over 9 years every year management gets worse. For me to be paying the amount charge you'd figure they would’ve fix the brown water issue along with the hot water going out every couple days. Im asking for simple accommodations that should automatically be met due to me being an long term resident here. They’ve recently started fixing the windows An I’ve attempted to call on multiple occasions even went into the main office and was met with a line out the door with residence there to file complaints to let them know I work from home and that they would only be able to come on a Saturday yet they still tried coming on a weekday I let the worker know that coming during the week is not feasible for me. He then directed me to contact management , after attempting multiple times to get in contact with management again I finally Spoke with a new guy named mason who was extremely ill-mannered and responded that I have no choice in the matter and to take my work to Starbucks. I then contacted the main office again asking what Saturday they will coming Mason again Ill-mannered said to me “when they leave the notice on the door and before I could finish speaking he hung up in my face This is unacceptable to be treated this way when I’ve been a loyal and gracious resident.

Review Update: Okay so theses apartments are a mess, they don’t have any workers , no property manager or nothing. They have temp leasing agents. They Are cheating people out their money , they are so lost about the whole property. They haven’t fulfilled none of my maintenance request. I will not be signing another lease here. The ONLY good thing about theses apartments is SAMANTHA . I went into office and temp agent said they are looking for a property manager but SAM sitting right there , she knows theses apts top to bottom. Bring Sam. Samantha (SAM) is the best leasing agent I’ve ever met, very down to earth. She is very knowledgeable and very professional. SAM needs all her flowers , because baby she is the truth. Please stay around , you were AMAZING. If you are looking to to lease, please go see Sam , trust me you won’t be disappointed. I just had to express how amazing she is. 💚💚🖤 BUT why she not the property manager yet ? She know what she doing & she get stuff done in a timely manner. I only speak to her when i come in the office. She needs to run these apartments because all the other managers are clueless.

Im not even a renter here and they keep sending me emails that rent is due. They do not answer their phones and they’re all very incompetent. Please don’t rent here

I have literally been waiting over a month for my 300 refund and everytime I call Jessica the regional manager is not available. I assume she is the only one who can find it where my money is. I guess I need to find a corporate number now.
