My family and I simply love our new home. Our humble abode meets all of our wants and needs; nice and quite neighborhood, close to many outings, spacious , newly renovate unit with all new appliances and quiet neighbors.

I’ve been at creekwood place for a year and just renewed my lease, which was a terrible mistake. I recently got new noisy neighbors with 7plus kids and pests that came with them. I contacted the front office and management about both issues and no one reached out to me for about a week. Someone finally came out to treat my apartment for pest but the problem got worse. I reached out again no response from my email and my maintenance request was closed but no one came out. I’m going to contact the ppl that owns creekwood because this is ridiculous. I’m seriously considering breaking my lease and finding a new home.

I’ve been here at Creekwood Place Apartments for 4 years!! This year has been by far the greatest!! Ms. Chara and Anthony are alway consistent and available as needed! Our upkeep of our community is awesome! Our maintenance staff here always get the task done in a timely fashion! These are by far the greatest apartments in the city of Lancaster! Our gates are secured, the City of Lancaster Police are always patrolling and we have great pool service and hours! The elementary school is within walking distance, the bus stop is close by as well for those who lack transportation. All your local Walmarts, dollar stores, movies, restaurants are within a 3 minute drive literally!! How convenient?! I strongly encourage Creekwood Place apartments to raise your family!!! Thanks Anthony and Chara for turning Creekwood around!!!
