This company is HORRIBLE! We booked a first time ride that NEVER came! When we finally called, the recording said that it was cancelled so we figured we'd give it another try. The bus came a little late, no biggie. Then left my brother hanging for 2 hours with no ride. After several phone calls, send a bus that he can't even ride on (not wheelchair) I called to talk to a supervisor and they wouldn't even put one on. NEVER AGAIN!

LogistiCare is the most horrible company I've ever dealt with they constantly lie to cover up a mistake that they make what's the point of having a file if they don't take the time to read the file no I'm stuck with a transportation company that I specifically asked not to deal with anymore the rude ignorant disrespectful people I'm on the phone with every other week because they have screwed up something
My mother is constantly missing dialysis due to them today I had to come from out of state to get her to her emergency eye appointment because today makes the third time they did not pick her up after she not o my schedule ahead time but called and confirmed and even had the eye doctors office speak with them on how important it is that she makes it now they won’t answer they are very unprofessional and are probably getting paid for rides they are not given someone please tell me who to report them to
