The lot fee includes property taxes, city water, lawn care, snow plowing of main roads and
garbage pickup. All other utilities including the city sewer are separate and the resident’s responsibility.
We have a clubhouse and those association fees are billed through the homeowners association should you choose to join.

this community is for 55 and over...each one is individually owned and very few rent them out. you would need to go to the office to see if any rentals.
