Great service and the team is very "human". This is what is missing in today's society, and so any business that has humans instead of "robots" will thrive in todays economy. They (in one shot) figured out and fixed the source of wind noise .... an issue that despite repetitive journies to other BMW dealerships, they could not fix. The service, communication and humility we got from Mr. Andrew is part of the reason many repeat customers will come to IG Burton BMW.

I’ve been to a lot of different BMW dealerships and IG Burton in Milford was one of my favorites. The service staff was friendly, honest, and caring. They were transparent and walked me through the entire process. My only recommendation is to expand the provisions for customers in the waiting room. For example, a lot of BMW dealerships offer breakfast bars or pastries. Thanks to Angie W. for her superb assistance during my visit.

The customer was provided a price to replace a tire and agreed to the price of the tire before speaking with her brother whom she relied on for car advice and direction. i.g. Burton BMW sells BMW approved tires for $10 over cost. In the end both the Manager and General Manager were able to assure both the customer and her brother that she was in the best care possible with factory trained technicians and with factory approved tires to remedy the customers concerns.
