The service was good but when it came to getting a rental it was horrible….the first vehicle they tried to give me was filthy…smelled like dog and was full of dog hair, after I refused that one then I was offered another vehicle that reaped in smoke..ridiculous…twenty minutes later I was offered a third vehicle that was just dropped off..they never any cleaned it, I also refused that one….all three vehicles were never cleaned…stay clear COVID is still out here… THEY DON’T WIPE/CLEAN THEIR VEHICLES FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER…I will never go back…

This was my first time purchasing a newer used car. Lesley, did a good job with her sale! Mo, Rob, Ricky, and Scott all took care of me. My warranty will expire soon. I have been calling the dealership to get information on a extended warranty. I want my warranty through the dealership I purchased from and not some 3rd party company. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for Fiance to call me back. Now going into the fourth week. I called again! Spoke to the general manager of sales.. who ensured me he would help. He was suppose to call me back, but didn't. Will I purchase from here again. Strongly, doubt it. I'm better going somewhere out VA..at this point. Customer service goes along way.

Good experience. I inquired about a specific vehicle andmade an appointment. My salesman contacted me the next morning and had the car set aside for me to test drive. Finance was a little tricky however the finance manager was very helpful, accommodating and did what needed to be done to secure the deal. They were not too pushy, obnoxious or disrespectful. Wayyy better experience than a previous encounter with a rude,ignorant, classless AutoGiants in Temple Hills. Ourisman Honda made me feel comfortable with my purchase and valued as a customer.

Honda vehicles come with a system called “Maintenace Minder”. The computer monitors your highway and city driving and will calculate when the oil change is needed. It’s really the best system because it takes factors into consideration that other brands do not. So, a light will come on when it’s time and tell you what service is recommenced. Thanks for asking.

Hi Sheila, you can try the following and if you're still having issues, please stop by and we will be happy to assist you! 1. From the HOME screen, select Navigation. 2. Select Map Tools, the Guidance Volume. 3. Select + or - to adjust the volume, or select Mute. 4. Press BACK o exit the menus.

On my control panel , TRPS sign come up . I check my tire, still good . Add more pressure to normal. The car drives fine . Is it A sensor issue on the control panel . But I can still able to drive safely.

You may have a slow leak. My sensor would pop up continuously last year and it didnt affect my ability to drive safely. Eventually it stayed on even after adding air and thats when we discovered a nail in the tire.
