The movers lost or misplaced parts to our home gym that was moved. When we spoke with the company they said didn’t know where it could be. It was confirmed the poles were collected from the one house but were never brought into the second house. When I called to discuss the situation the company would not take responsibility or even consider they made an error. They asked if I looked at the truck upon it being emptied which I was never told I was supposed to nor did the movers ask me to look at it. I have called several times to get help and no calls were returned. To buy new parts for my home gym cost me $560 because this company lost part to my home gym.

We used Two Men and a Truck previously with good results. Then we made the mistake of using someone else (IVL) based on a recommendation. What a mistake as it was overpriced, surprise costs, and damaged furniture. We had another move and I went back to Two Men and a Truck and had another great experience. We will not use anyone else! They are easier to use and take care of your items.
