Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this home food service. I wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my time. Sat through 1.5 hours of a food presentation. Was on board to buy the 6 month meat program. (Which in fact is way more then what we spend on meat) When it came down to it I was not allowed to buy their food because I would not purchase their over priced freezer. The food they sell can’t go in any other freezer but theirs. What a scam. Worst part was the gentleman was awesome! I felt really bad that he had a job like this. Save yourself the trouble and try an actual farm to table company, not a freezer sales company.

I have to say there were a few hiccups in the process but they have done nothing but correct those problems. The president of the company has even called to make things right. I have nothing but respect for their amazing service. Make it where we can review on Facebook I wanna yell yalls praises

My appointment was for 9am but they give the sales rep a 30 minute window so they told me 9-9:30 am. I was told the consult was 30 minutes long so I had plans to leave my house at 10am after the consult. The guy shows up at 9:44am . I greet him at his car and tell him sorry to waste his time but I’m no longer available. He gets out of his car and keeps trying to sell me on this product . He tells me a few things I wasn’t aware of prior to scheduling ( the people who schedule the consults are VERY vague ) . He says they do a hard inquiry on your credit because you’ll be set into a 6 month agreement . I was under the impression this was a month by month and not a 6 month commitment. I told him multiple times that I’m not interested and he kept pushing . Finally I had to cut him off so I could walk away. I’m no longer interested in this company. The pushy rep made me very uncomfortable

The food is VERY expensive compared to weekly sales at the grocery store. The is no pricing transparency and the cost is wrapped up into one final statement, and individual product costs are hidden. Our saleswoman was very nice, and if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have tried the service at all. This service is in no way cheaper than the grocery store, so beware of comparisons made to your current weekly grocery bill.

If the original salesperson is unavailable, try the main office or website. I have had good luck with both. From the website they will even chat with you. It mainly depends on your location, and how busy they are. Because their stuff is that good.
When we started, they brought out mixed veggies, two steak burgers, and two chicken breasts. They cooked the beef and veggies for us to try :) I absolutely love this service. It's very nice to have a know budget number, and if you need a freezer, they sell a reasonable one and then will replace all their food if there is a power outage and it spoils! You can't get that guarantee anywhere else. Oh! Also, if you try something and don't like it, you can return the rest for a credit. If you thaw something and forget to use it, refreeze it and they'll exchange it for you.
No, but they will try to scam to you into buying $400 worth of cooking ware for $3000 if you don't.
It does depend on what you order, but our grocery bill through them is less than if we used a supermarket or a club (BJs, for example). We also have a better variety of meal choices.
