If you have ever been a customer of this store and your phone has been damaged, lost or mishandled in any way, just know this is a common, daily occurrence. There is no proper storage for phones that are left at the store. They are hardly even labeled. If you didn’t get your phone repaired in a timely manner, just know that this happens to everyone. And I suggest looking up retail price before purchasing any of the high priced phones. Good luck
