If you want easy and safe shipping, I suggest you keep looking elsewhere! After the shipment was super expensive, they did and undid what they wanted with the box and more than half of the things they took. Dominicans avoid a problem of losing their belongings and do not send through this company, they have a mafia where what you send is taken from you when you arrive in the Dom Rep. The worst of all is that when you claim it, well in our case it was quite evident the fact that the 3 boxes had been violated because at first glance you could see the hole they had for everything they were missing, they alleged that they were never opened, because if they had not been responsible themselves, at least they would hope that an investigation would be opened, but they did not make the slightest effort despite the complaints and phone calls.
