How are you going to close picking up for almost 2 years... COVID is no longer a pandemic. I am 10 minutes away but when I order $500 in boxes, I have to pay another $500 in shipping because "pick up in not available due to COVID". and by the other reviews, they shouldn't be short staffed due to the amount of people applying and getting denied. Just another way to make more money off everyone I guess... really disappointing.

Hey Bob.. your right the one in trexlertown is rude .. sometimes they are stressed because they are busy .. they do it to me I ask for a manager and then get the help I need .. I also ask who I am talking to in advance so I know who it is before they get rude .. that helps too .. they are a good co. And this one has good timely deliveries .. that helps .. click HELPFUL below .. thanks

You should try one of the temp services if you haven't made it through the interview process.
You can't shop at the warehouse. Or company does provide a customer pick-up. Everything is online and we do have a catalog.
I suggest you call their customer service for clarification.
