Last year I was gifted with a few soaps and lotions from here, so I had to be sure to carry on the tradition. I picked up a variety of different scents for my loved ones, and I can't wait to get them hooked too. Their products feel amazing and smell wonderful. The shop is very nice with a great variety of thoughtful gifts. The sweet woman working there was very helpful with answering any questions that I had, and even made sure to check that I wasn't purchasing any of the 'tester' items.

Hi Christine! Heather from Martinsville Soapworks here! I'm sorry, but we do not sell candlemaking supplies. Some good suppliers include candlescience.com and candlewic.com - not only do they sell candle supplies but they have lots of great information on how to make candles. I generally don't recommend the kits that are available at Michaels/Joanns as they can be very expensive and can limit your creativity. Good luck to your niece!
There is a small assortment of glycerin soaps in holiday shapes - Chriatmas trees, Santa hats, stockings, and snowflakes.
Those we generally do as custom orders, because people bring us all kinds of things to embed. 😊
Howdy! We only have one goat's milk soap, Lavender Fields, which we make using lavender essential oil and a goat milk powder. We use the powder because unlike folks who specialize in goat's milk soaps, we don't own any goats. ^_^ Goat's milk is a great ingredient in soap, but we find that even without it, any handmade soap is going to be so much better for your skin than the big name stuff that we don't find it necessary to use in every bar. Hope you'll stop in some time and give us a try! ^_^
