I’ve been on hold for the past 28 minutes waiting to speak with a live representative to figure out why my water meter hasn’t been fixed when it’s been over a month that I submitted a complaint! Makes no sense at all.

The service of the office answering the phone is unacceptable. I have called twice and been on hold waiting for a representative for over an hour both times. The representatives are all actually very cordial when you speak to them, which leaves me to believe the are short staffed. In addition the website to pay the water bill is outdated which makes me believe they don't have the technology to provide customer assistance from their homes amidst this pandemic. We pay enough taxes to actually have better service that what is being provided. Shame on the City of Lancaster for the lack of technology and accountability. However, once Natalie answered she was very helpful and answered all of my questions and apologized for the wait time. So I would give her a 5.
