Supply chain issues? That seems to going on with most places. I've had to cancel orders and reorder something more expensive just to close the need
Go pro will not be repaired. There is a trade up program or trade in program. Your best recommendation is warranty plan, but at the most your won’t receive your GoPro and may be a refurbished device.
Most likely there was a warranty card you had to fill out in your package but I'm sure since it's not the Best Buy brand that Sony would be responsible for any or for any items that would wear out normally and send you a refurbished set most likely
I would suggest calling one of their stores
