Was here for a wedding. The service was amazing from the front desk all the way to the cleanups. We had such a great time and had a lot of laughs with the bartenders and front desk workers. It was my first time in buffalo and I'm glad I stayed here. Even tho part of the building was under construction the entire time was amazing. I would highly recommend coming here. Still don't know how many chandeliers there are I couldn't count them all lol.

Beautiful room, and night staff were amazing. Hotel is just wow. Only thing weird was in the morning they closed the continental breakfast one hour earlier than advertised. I had to insist that they give me one of the bagels. They're kept just inside the fridge around the corner in the gift shop area so I already knew that it didn't really matter if I took one or not. Since I paid for it. Some staff are just clueless when it comes to being courteous. I'd say get the night shift lady to work 24 hours a day and it really would have been a 5 stars experience.

My room was not cleaned, I stayed in room 420. My sheets had hair all over it. I had the front desk bring me new sheets, I had to change them myself, and those also had hair and crumbs all over it. There were crumbs in the drawers. The floor in my room needed to be vacuumed, there were dust on the lamps, spills down the side of the lamp. The hotel it self was beautiful and the young lady that helped me get new bedding was nice. For the hotel to be as beautiful as it was, I was expecting better house keeping in my room. There was no microwave in my room, but was allowed to use the one in the business room, the microwave was old and rusting and the table it was on, was so weak it could tip over at any time. I was highly disappointed and was expecting more.

Hotel is nice. Restaurant and bar are great. Customer service on this side is great - Hallway with pics and history on display is fun too read and look at. Room was nice but pillows were in need of upgrade No room clean up during stay, which did not impress me. I keep room and bathroom pretty organized but like it to be cleaned daily or due to covid at least fresh towels daily. Had to ask for towels shampoo/soap everyday. House keeping would not give to me, so had to go through front desk every night. They advertise free breakfast but it's just small pastries, coffee, juice. Could not play pool because pool table was turned in to mini food table. Spa day was nice. . On the fence if I would stay here again understand somethings are different due to covid, but still think there should be a level of service. Would definitely do a date night dinner to the restaurant and bar many times over.
