My only complaints would be the wait time and the prices. Neither are terrible either, but noteworthy. But they're got a great variety at decent rates and the occasional discount. I've always had pretty great customer service while I'm there, too.

Worst veteran customer service ever experienced. Drove almost an hour due to their great Veteran discount hence being a past customer. Confirmed the discount would be applied once account was located and had to ASK if the total included that discount when product was scanned. No - it was not (mind you the bud tender Morgan was training a new hire during this interaction) and she was already giving back change. No solution was offered other than asking her manager to add a note to the account for next time. Felt rushed out the door quickly! Got into the car and called to speak to the Manager. Manager said generally they would have offered to return and re-ring the order with the discount but since I left already he could offer a discount if I were to go back in and purchase more. Safe to say will not be returning.

**Making this review as a Veteran looking out for fellow Veterans**!!!! The Budtender - MORGAN who was training a new employee at the time, had accidentally over charged me by not including my veteran discount. Completely understandable, mistakes happen. Her way to “make it up” was with her stating “I will ask my manager if we can add an extra discount next time you come” That’s how it was made up to me. Mind you, she didn’t ask the manager. I found it strange that she couldn’t do else more. So I called from my car AFTER I left and stated the situation and question if anything could be done today since I mentioned I came here 45 minutes away and I specifically come here for the nice veteran discount and what used to be great customer service. Luckily, the manager picked up and stated, well we could’ve gave you a refund while you were in the store but we can’t do else more after I left the store. Which I find completely understand because rules are rules. MORAL OF THE STORY VETERANS - make sure your discount is included and if it’s not, now you know you can get a refund WHILE you are in store. He also mentioned he could add another discount for the next time I come in. Which is nice so maybe Morgan shouldn’t confirmed the discount instead of avoiding asking the manager while I was present. I find it interesting that a trainer wouldn’t know this rule. CLEARLY this was a tactic to get me pushed out the door. Some employees care and most Don’t so it’s better to know what you know!!

Zach was our tender and he was fantastic! Made us feel welcome and right at home. Very informative and helpful. The prices were great, environment was great, bud was great. 10/10 recommend . Will be back next trip.

The other replies are right, the budtenders there will give the best advice. But I can say if you're looking for energy look for sativas, although you'll probably still get the munchies.
Colorado has age restrictions on buying lighters but in Texas lighters are considered household general items. Companies that sell stuff with their logo on it are very into getting the name out there, so even if they don't officially offer lighters to buy I'm sure you could just call and ask.
