I’ve been shopping at Speers since 1981. Best porterhouse steaks, country ribs, smoked sausage. Everything is amazing. Highly recommend.

Yes, it can be refrozen. It will keep. It may just be a little drier but it will be good.
I believe only if you bring the meat in. I dont think he will process the entire deer anymore. Feel free to call in the morning and ask. They will answer even if he isnt open until thursday. They are there preparing meat😊
