We went to Crow's Trucking Center, because our lights on truck indicated it was an issue with our DEF gauge not operating properly. After being told Crow's Trucking Center, would check out our truck by service lady & service manager, we waited 3 hrs., to be told that Crow's Trucking Center, wouldn't beable to check our truck out. I drove here To Beltway Companies Trucking, (International dealer), to inform Mr. Chris, & Justice, that my truck wouldn't drove over 5 mph and lights on dash indicated DEF gauge, wasn't operating properly. Mr. Chris, told me to leave the truck and he will have it check and fixed. My partner and I stay in the Hotel for two days, and was very pleased when Mr. Chris & Mr. Justice told us to check out the hotel and by the time we arrive the truck would be fixed and ready for us. We driven down from Harrisburg, P.A., to Olive Branch Mississippi, to drop off two FedEx trailers when our truck went down. After being turned away from Crow's Trucking, Beltway Companies Trucking, (International Dealer) made it possible for us to go home to our families safe and sound. I forgot to mention Beltway Companies Trucking, was two weeks out before they would have beable to fix our truck but the made it possible to help out two hard working men to make it back home safe and sound to our families. I give Beltway Companies Trucking, ten golden 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Noelle the disgruntled cashier made my experience with this business terrible. Sits at the desk with nothing but a primitive attitude, ignorance, and audacity. Josh on the other hand was pleasant and answered all of the questions Noelle could not.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have had my truck for almost a month. They keep saying it is a brake switch but when it does not fix the issue they re diagnose it and order another another brake switch. This is the third brake switch they have ordered. I realize that diagnosis can be a hard thing to do, but you would think a dealer would be able to get a truck fixed after the third time. Very bad diagnostic abilities.
