love my awning.need end cap for valance. called customer service three times . waiting for call back. no local dealers in my area . worst part i live 30 minutes from factory but they wont sell me part.wish i could get some help !

I bought a Craftbilt awning from a dealer who is now out of business. After 3 weeks Mr Stone, CEO was useless in helping me find a dealer to replace the fabric. I'm in the Lehigh Valley 28 miles from his plant. He could have used one of his own employee's but never offered. Mr Stone's response is disingenuousness. He never tried to assist me on multiple occasions. He is correct I didn't respond to the contract request because I didn't have it so then what? I moved on at that point. He failed to mention it was week 3 and he still wouldn't send one of his own employee's to measure. It was his Dealer who went out of business. He needed to think outside the box but was instead lazy defaulting to me.

The aluminum decking came wrapped 2 to a package to protect the finish. The packaging also made the load stick together during transport which was much appreciated. The interlocking feature works very efficiently to align each piece during assembly and this feature and the integrated rain channel beneath pretty much provide for a leak proof deck. Attaching to joists was a two step process, drilling the holes and then driving the screw. An indented line in the flange showed where the hole should be drilled and prevented the drill bit from wandering. Surface ridges provide traction, prevent slipping but are not noticable to bare feet. The decking stays cool even in direct sunlight. The trim pieces make for a clean professional finish for the deck. I highly recommend this product due to cost, ease of installation and overall look and durability of the finish
