Usually never have issues but tonight I did. I ordered online, one of my items was incorrect. Even the receipt matched what I ordered, unfortunately didn’t receive said item correctly. Contacted store, I was told manager was busy and would contact me asap to address the issue… here It is 2 hrs past delivery time and the time I called, and I’ve yet to receive a phone call… horrible management. I’ll be calling again tomorrow to receive a refund. Seeing as how we had to order pizza from somewhere else since our order from Pizza Hut wasn’t fulfilled completely nor handled correctly in a timely manner.

Would like to have had a lil more flavor in pizza and a lil more warmer next time.... that's what it will take for me to give a better rating next time.

The food was warm but my crazy bread was too hard to eat. The place was clean. The driver and the staff are exceptionally nice. I will be returning but no more crazy bread for me.
