Positive: The room was recently remodeled and everything was practically new. The staff was very friendly and open about the construction that was occurring. The hotel was right off the freeway and easy to find. Negative: Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water heater pump and there was a limited supply of warm water at first and then only cold water. I was surprised that I was charged full price, I expected either a discount a voucher for another stay.

We needed quick accommodations for a family funeral. My mother called and gave all of the information and paid for our room. However much to our surprise when we got here, the entire place was completely ripped up. You had to use some odd side entrance to even get in the building. Travel down a long boarded up corridor that looked pretty sketchy reach your hand through a hole cut like a Saw movie to access the elevator. We were in a newly renovated room on the third floor. New? Yes. Nice? Could be.....was it.... No. Very dirty. Absolutely everything was covered in a thick layer of construction dust.lots of undone outlets, tile grout was undone and very dirty. Then I find my poor mother paid 400$ for 2 nights.......for this. It's unacceptable. My husband who has been in the hotel business for years was horrified. This place is taking big advantage of people's money. Whether it's country inn or holiday express (apparently they are transitioning too)..... We deserve our money back for not being told that there would be full renovations taking place at the time. We had to stay the full time due to close proximity for our family funeral but honestly this is a joke. My mother is furious and we are sad someone would be so greedy.

Hotel is in the midst of renovations, which is fine. But the room renovations are done poorly. Fit and finish is bad. There are cracked tiles, poorly installed fixtures and cracked sink in the bathrooms. Coffee maker is missing parts so is not functional. There are also safety issues - door for the stairs sticks and is hard to open. Doors are not labeled. No fire exit routes are indicated in the rooms. There is an office chair blocking the second floor landing. Given the attention to quality with the renovations, I would suspect that safety systems (sprinklers, alarms, etc.) likely suffer the same lack of attention. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I understand it is converting to Holiday Inn after renovations, but I doubt changing the sign is going to change the safety of the building or the quality of the rooms. Sorry, I don't like to post bad reviews, but this hotel should be much much better than it is, and it is not an issue of changing the furnishings.

My Dad and I recently had to take a trip back to Utah for a family event. For the price, it was awfully dirty not over the fact that they are recently doing some renovations but just the cleanliness of our room was gross. They need to change the comforters more often. There was makeup all over my dad's bedding. Also the bathtub was extremely slick. Would suggest putting a non slip mat down for more safety. Front desk Brandon was very welcoming. I think he worked swing on the night we arrived. Not the greatest location considering it being on a busy highway..

Try pushing zero. Maybe that will get you to an operator or receptionist.

From the Radisson website: Limitations on pets are based on 'breeds of animal..... upon their inherent demeanor; for example: pit bull, Rottweiler, and any other potential threatening animals.' not weight. There is a non-refundable $25 fee + tax for the first night, and $5 + tax for each additional night thereafter, FYI.
