The customer service here was awesome. We're more or less brand-new to Culvers so they helped us through the broad menu and showed us how to get the best value on combos, etc. (Yeah, I know that sounds basic but if you look at the menu there are a lot of ways to get there.) The fish and chips was surprisingly good--super crispy on the outside. I don't like their fry sauce (tasted like it had pickle juice in it) but overall a great meal.

All was good could be better. They do carry gluten-friendly buns I always ordered the Culver's deluxe single patty with bacon gluten-free bun. The only downside is the bacon 🥓 it is really thin and always burnt lol if they get the bacon correct that would be fantastic. 2.17.22 bacon got better the location is updating the drive-thru for more traffic. 3.5.22 Drive thru has been updated speedy checkout and the bacon is still on point and not burnt.

My husband & I are allergic to some very common foods, but they not usually view as allergens. The folks at Culver's were very accommodating & took extra care so they we could enjoy their very delicious burgers & fries. We will definitely be returning to try other items on their menu.

The staff here is always professional and kind. From my experience the store is always clean. But tbh that matters less than the food. The food here is honestly the best “fast food” I can think of. I have not compared nutritional stats personally as I keep a high metabolism and physical schedule I can eat whatever I please. But I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu by this point. My preferred order is a single butter burger (with cheese) and an order of the pretzels. The Wisconsin cheese is just absolutely impeccable for the price and speed, I would never expect this quality of Pretzel and Cheese from other “fast food burger” places. I cannot give 5 stars as on more than a single occasion , they have done the toppings of the sandwiches incorrectly. But I have an old car which is fairly noisy (nothing you’d hear from in your house , but if you’re outside you’d most likely notice it quicker than most cars). There are many factors that could contribute to missed communication. So not 5 stars, but still, the moment I had Culver’s, I stopped eating ANY other fast food beef. Culver’s just has the best fast burger.
