Yet another airport place cashing in on its outside reputation with horrible representation. I will not eat at another outside twisted root (which is normally great) because they let this happen.

With all the reviews about bad service and 0 response. Why is no one from the company doin anything. I travel quite a bit out of DFW and don't get service like this at any other location. Is this supposed to be acceptable because it's at the airport?

They were slow when I was there may be 5 people. SEVERAL reviews same as mine. Good food bad service. I'm just surprised the company isn't commenting back. I'm sure it's not all bad all the time but what I saw was not acceptable in any restaurant.
