Horrible horrible....got a screw embeded in my tire HERE while getting an oil change and they flat out refused to fix it or replace it without trying to charge me $300 for a new tire! Josh Rhoden service manager didn't even bother trying to do anything. Just go elsewhere.

I bought a used 2020 SUV and the first day I drove off the lot the coolant light came on. Did yall not check the fluid levels. I guess not. Next day windshield wiper blade flew off because it was broken. The other wiper was trash as well. The next week I had a blowout on the highway and almost had a accident. Got to the tireshop and they said the tire had been plugged too many times and had a slow leak. Really! So I had to buy a new tire. As I woman I want to be in a safe car. I would think spending 60K on a car they would at least do a basic inspection of the car, but apparently not. So be careful buying here. Now I'm taking the car in for a full inspection at the dealer. Also they only did a basic wash not a detail of the car. The car still had stains that I noticed after. Change still in the door. Candy in-between the seats. I'm very disappointed.
