I put my bills in the box on Whitby and church ln on 2/5/22 almost a month later I'm getting notices that my bills were never received..turns out the mailbox was robbed! To my knowledge that's a federal crime, when I visited the post office the postal worker was very dismissive about the issue and told me to take it up with Yeadon police down the street from them...you would think a postal mailbox that was robbed on their facility being a federal crime would've been reported by that post office...upon arrival at the police department I was informed that they didn't make a police report about the theft of federal property and I would have to make my own. Something about this isn't right but the way this post office handled it is atrocious and I believe against the law or some kind of fraud multiple people were effected, it's seems with no concern from this "postal service facility". Shame on them. Take your mail and business elsewhere and don't trust mailboxes they are not secured or even under any surveillance!

I just walked up to this post office after googling the opening time. Google says it opens at 8:30 am. This trifling a&& office has a sign stating 9:30 am and it was CLOSED! 😡 You should have someone to update the opening time on Google!

Mail running very later than usual. Im getting my mail after 6/7pm Monday through Saturday. Please look into this.

Please change hours on site. Opens at 9:30am not 8:30am. Sporadic stamp selection and operation.
