I don't feel this is worth $60 for a day pass, food is lackluster. Maybe if you have the credit card, might be worth it.

Showers are needed in one or more of the PHL Admirals Clubs. Recliners are also lacking. LGA has just completed a beautiful redesign of the Admirals Club, with showers, recliners, foot rests, curtain dividers... Hopefully someone in PHL knows about the better amenities in other airport Admirals Clubs (DFW, MIA, ORD, LAX, etc.) and incorporates them here.
