I am a client. No care attendant care for almost three weeks now. I give up. They have nurse aides supervising the scheduling, and they need nurses, more people from cooperate offices to straighten out the place. Pay the attendants a fair wages, on time, and have nurses looking out for the patients. Too many excuses.

Avoid using this company for Attendant Services. I experienced a false accusation with no medical or material evidence that the status of my disabilities would pose any safe risk to an Attendant Service. Mr Tucker is unprofessional, rude, mean spirited man who treated me today in an standoffish tone and manner. I advise to look for other choices.

Well let me tell you3a little story:. When l started working for Outreach Health Services back in October of 2019 l did not get a paycheck for 5 weeks YES. They kept telling me that it would be showing up in my account any time now but nope l waited c5 long weeks. That should have been a red flag but l gave them the benefit of the doubt. Since October of 2019 through July 2020 I've yet to see a paycheck stub And no you can't look it up on the ,"Ultipro App" only it never let us access it. We called the Pearsall Office so they could look into it almost on a daily basis and they would say they had to reset the reset button but it never worked. So said they had to call corporate so that they could reset the button from there but NOPE never happened and to add insult to injury they deposited my paycheck to someone else's account back in May. I could go on and on but I've got other things to do GOOD LUCK ‼️‼️
