So I didn't stop here today but while I had pulled into the parking lot nearby, I noticed people running and warning others to be careful. As I looked around, I saw a pitbul wandering about and being followed by his owner who was trying to catch him. As I get out to offer my assistance, I see 3 Chick Fil A employees trying to assist and end up capturing dog. Is there anything employees do not do for the community? Great job 👏

I am rating this a one star, because the quality of the food was terrible. I called the manager to let him know that his staff gave me a very small piece of chicken on a biscuit. The chicken was fried very hard . He just offered me a free sandwich, never apologized for his staff. He never said that he will talk to them about it. He just replied ok. Since the manager on duty this morning doesn’t take complaints seriously, that’s probably why the staff doesn’t take their job seriously.

Construction
Sometimes depending on the owners and locations, some are not willing to take customers suggestions seriously. The food isn't the best and it's expensive. For instance, the nuggets look like a chicken nugget crumb. It's counted as a whole nugget. The store is not eager to satisfy you. Do you get my drift? Location also makes a difference.
