The outside of the apartment are beautiful the grounds are beautiful. It's gated I like that. And the lady that lives there highly recommends it

Do you have a waiting list on the HUD, senior 54 apts, that are 30% of your Income available now, or will they be available anytime next year? I am interested in moving there. I have looked up them on the website, they look nice and they are in the area I live in now. Houston, Zip 77071. So they are close to my family and my friends.

Yesterday I was on my way to an appointment when we picked up a lady at the apartments they are absolutely beautiful on the outside and the grounds are awesome to you seen people walking around doing exercise it looks like a very good place to live. I asked a woman and she just loved it and how you recommended it. But she also said there was a three-year waitlist and I want to find out about that because I would love to live there out of all the places I've seen here in Houston I like that one. I see there was no response to the question asked 2 years ago. Is there a waiting list? I’m a senior and have applied at several senior income-based apartments, and they all have waitlist. I’ve waited for years. It’s a shame!!!!
