The office manager (Christy) tells lies that are as crooked as her teeth!! Trust me, you don't want to live in this nightmare complex or any of their sister properties. Stay away from Valiant residential properties. Kitchen was out of service for 13 days in my disabled mom's apt. It was "non emergency" yet they had to hire a plummer to bust holes in the living room floor. Don't expect compensation for their faults. The regional manager, Candace is just as bad Edit, regarding the owner response. More lies!! You basically told us to deal with it. Don't lie to try and make yourself look better. Pathetic and unprofessional

Got kicked out of the pool even though im the resident. Im 17 and the sign says you only need a parent if youre under 16. They called the police and me and my friend that was there and he kicked us both out after showing ID and telling him where we live. Horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!

As far as our rental criteria income requirement, either 1 person on the lease has to be able to provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rent (gross—before taxes) or 2 persons combined would need to gross at least 5 times the monthly rent amount.
