I was in the office doing a loan with the manager & her coworker answered the phone ‘ it was her husband ( the managers husband) & she said “ we don’t do all that you doing to much on the phone with my husband” she was very rude & disrespectful to the young lady! It was very tacky & tasteless as a manager. I was surprised how composed the young lady was. She stayed grounded & smiled it off! She belittled the young lady & I could tell all in her face how upset she was. The manager never apologized either the whole time I was in the office doing a loan. I called the next day to the office to ask for the young lady to just congratulate her for being so bright & how she responded. She brings joy to the office because everybody else energy be dry & she makes you feel welcomed!

Ok call first,but they only want title so they hold that till loan is paid.But U may inquire as you live far away.But in past I have paid 27 dollars in interest if paid back early.Their good people to deal with.
A state issued ID can be used, but you would need your license to drive the vehicle to the store for the evaluation.
No it will not...they look at mileage and conditions of the car.(outside of the vehicle)

No, unfortunately we do not do title loans on salvage titles,
Your name would need to be on the title in order to get a loan from us.
You would need to bring the vehicle to our store for an assessment, that along with your ability to repay will determine the amount you can borrow.
