I’ve never been more disappointed by a suit I received from Incognito. What was more alarming, was the customer service. I originally planned on purchasing the suit after the wedding,but quickly discovered the poor quality and tailoring. As you can see from the photo, both pant lengths are different lengths. The coat arms were so short and tight, the entire wedding party couldn’t lift their arms above their shoulders. The shoes looked great, but fit poorly. After only a few hours of wearing them, the entire wedding party expressed how uncomfortable they were. I emailed/called the store to discuss my dissatisfaction, but received no response. I would not recommend this men’s shop.

Honestly was not impressed with the service that we received. It seemed that there was a serious communication breakdown and my husband and groomsmen had to go into the store several times to remedy errors. However, even though there were several frustrations the suit is high quality and the tailoring was on point.

I purchased a suit through Incognito as part of a bridal party. For my final fitting I was helped by Alex Nicklaw. Alex went above and beyond during the appointment and took his time to ensure that everything fit perfectly. To top it off, Alex even took the time to iron the dress shirt and the tie before I walked out the door. Alex exemplified what excellent customer service looks like.

My daughter's wedding is in two weeks. They have not been very responsive. My husband went to pick up his suit. The shirt doesn't fit and the suit needs more alterations. My son has been resized twice. It just seems like we start over every time we go there. My daughter's fiancee went there yesterday and they said all the suits were ready. The only way we get any answers is to text. They never respond to phone calls. Don't use them for your wedding!!
