They did before dine in resumed. They also allow you to call your order in and pay at the bar when you arrive to pick things up though. It isn't curbside but it's usually very speedy, especially if you give them time to prep your food before you go in to pick it up.
No they dont. You can always look at their menu online to see what they offer.

The one on North Collins closed because of the cost of leasing their aging building in Arlington. The one on Park Row in Pantego is still kicking and doing fine! Thanks, Easton!
