I had a very bad experience at this dealership with the Manager Aaron. She was very rude and honestly shouldn’t work in customer service. I dropped my car off for service , car was assigned to DJ. I was told DJ would call me in a few hours. Never received a call so I called kept being transferred to his vm. Finally someone with advises he’d been out all week and Aaron was handling my car. I was transferred over to Aaron and she laughed that she didn’t know she was handling my car but she would look into it. She was very non Chalant to the fact i was told this was only a 2hour service and my car had been at the dealership all day. Finally my car was ready , she texted me bc she wasn’t professional enough call. I voiced my concerns and she told me i should be lucky my car was even finished and she’s sorry that her short staffed crew wasn’t fast enough for me. Nothing was sincere about the apology. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this dealership and was very caught off guard by her behavior bc the issue wasn’t that serious. I just wanted her to know in the future communication is key. Had i been told DJ was out initially i could have had my car assigned to someone else & none of this wouldn’t have been an issue. I do not like the way i was talked to or treated this day and for that reason I’ll never do business with this location again. Unless Aaron no longer works there. If upper management is interested I do still have the text messages.

If you don't have any key at all? Or is it a spare? If you lost your only key you have to get your car towed to the dealership, then they have to match the VIN number and order a replacement from VW. About $400.00 for the tow plus the cost of the key with the chip inside the fob. Sorry.

From my experience with credit bureaus you have to take the responsibility of making sure good credit stays on your credit history it is not legally considered the responsibility of a company to continually report good credit especially if the car has been paid off 2, 3, 4, 5 years. Now if it's negative credit you best believe that they will keep putting that on there until you Rectify it.
Well it's Thanksgiving No they are not open they are enjoying a very needed day off
