Very young staff. Very inexperienced. I have never had any difficulty donating plasma. They stuck me multiple times thinking they have found a vain when they haven't. I am now bruised and unable to donate plasma at a more experienced location. Tina the supervisor is nice but ultimately was pretty useless when it came to problem solving. Incompetent from the top down. Go to another donation center avoid the headache

There was a time I felt a little un easy, but the staff member was very understanding and made me feel like giving a 5 star.

I called them last week with that same question. Be inside before the posted closing time (6pm M-F; 2pm Sat & Sun)

Usually right away if the old white man Jeff is there, he'll do it right there & then. But to be sure always make sure someone else is there taking the slips cus other co workers there SLOW PLAY..

Takes me about 33 minutes to donate. The staff is so quick and efficient that the check in, hook up and un hook process is super fast and friendly!
It's just a different pay scale. Like I get $45 the first visit and $65 the second of the week. You can donate 2 times a week.
