Decent from a Client perspective. Always answer the phone within 30 seconds, courteous, and when I ask for 4 people I get 4 people. Downside is that the Temps here aren't very bright on average. Of the 5 people I worked with from here, there was only one who I was a good worker whom I didn't feel like I had to babysit constantly.
