Anytime I need lab tests done I come to the Carrollton Quest Diagnostics. I’ve never had any issues. My 4 year old recently had her labs done here and the lady who drew her blood was so patient and made the process easy for my daughter. There’s no one to assist with check-in but the tablet check-in process is super easy. I’ve always just done walk-ins with no issues.

Was in and out within 30 mins and there were several people in the waiting area prior. Was a walk-in to get blood work done on my son. Definitely recommend and will be back for any future lab needs. Check-in process Was a breeze, just entered my son's basic demographic information on the tablet at the front desk no unnecessary forms or paperwork.

I wouldn't even give one star if it was an option. The checking process is a nightmare. They do not staff a front desk employee to help with the check-in process or answer any questions. The nurses or LPNs or staff will not speak to you about the check-in process and will not help you. I asked for a office manager for over an hour they insisted that this person was coming to speak to me and we're shocked when I continued to tell them what I had not spoken to an office manager. An hour and a half later after my appointment I was finally called and they told me there is no office manager present they've already this conversation with me and they're not having it again. The lady that helped me insisted that she had never seen me before and she didn't say anything to me in the waiting room. These people need to do everybody a favor and quit their jobs. Quest diagnostics runs like an emergency room with nobody dying.. this place is a joke prepare to spend two to four hours in the waiting room even with an appointment.
