This place is so well maintained it reminds me of a golf course. You would think there would be trash blowing around everywhere but there's not the guys take such great care of the place and are so kind and respectful.

There is really not a set price. It is $3.00 per house hold trash bag $18 per cubic yard. And it goes up rom there. But they will give you a good deal.

No tires they need to be recycled. You can take them to any tire shop and the will disposed of them properly.
