By far worst customer service i have ever had! Late to job forgot materials they charged me almost double what local vendor would have charged the charged an extra 1k for extra work that was allready in the orginal quote! Never again do your research i think i was not treated right!

I love my new flooring. The crew did an amazing job. They were very professional, and fascinating. They way that they did my floor was spectacular. I would always refer them to this crew. They are contractors through Cooper Installation, but they SHOULD BE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR... THEY WERE AMAZING.

Thank you, Mr, Lyle - you are absolutely on track and we appreciate the share! We are bound by the manufacturer's specificaltion of the product sold at The Home Depot. The majority of the laminate, wood, or vinyl plank products detail that the moisture barrier must be at the ground to uphold your manufacturer warranty.
