Wow is all I can say. I spent more money here than I did at my previous optometrist. I switched because they're closer. I was told there's a new state of the art contact and it would be the best for me. I waited a few weeks for the order to come in. No follow up from them. I called the office and it wasn't in yet. Got some trials and waited again. Crickets. Went to the office on a Saturday to get more trials but they were closed. Stopped by again today to order contacts and get more trials because I'm out. Walked in and they were in the middle of a staff meeting and asked me to have a seat until they were done. I'm a busy professional running a few errands on a Friday afternoon before I need to get back to work. I don't have time to wait until you're done with your meeting. I asked if they could help me now and the shade began. Basically I was told I'm not the only one who is waiting on contacts and they may not be able to get me trials to wear until I could get my contacts. They had no desire to help me or keep me as a customer. I NEVER use the race card but I truly wonder if I was a white woman would my treatment have been different I'm super disappointed with the low level of customer service consumers are getting these days. This is not my first time feeling a level of discomfort at this business. I don't know why I came back.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. Dr. Karen Nguyen was personable and got me fitted for the correct prescription for both my glasses and contacts. The techs and front desk staff were very knowledgeable on benefits, walking me through the different equipment to check my eyes/eye health, and overall so accommodating.

A delightful experience that leaves you smiling at the end of the visit. The results from the eye exam was thoroughly explained and picking out a frame was made easy by Chantell. As someone fairly new to glasses she was able to read me (no pun intended) and make the perfect suggestions that fit my style and able to work with any price range. Top Notch!!
